Payment is due upon pickup. Have your payment ready when the driver arrives.
For safety reasons, the driver is provided. Please refrain from using your own driver.
Expect emails from the system about the driver and other details two hours prior to your pickup.
Check your reservation status in "My Rentals" for updates.
The rental payment is for driver's fee and unit service only. Other miscellaneous fee such as toolgate, fuel etc. should be care off by the renter.
The rental is full-to-full, meaning the vehicle must have a full tank at departure. If fuel is depleted during use, the passenger is accountable for adding extra fuel.
Kindly return the vehicle with the same fuel level or full tank.
You need to pay 10% advance payment through gcash/cash based on your chosen unit, and it's non-refundable if you cancel the reservation.
The maximum passenger capacity is determined by the seating capacity of the unit.
The rental reservation is good for 24 hours and avoid cancellation.
